1. Can I enroll online in the Investment Plans?
Yes, you can enroll in an Investment Plan and open a new account online through our website. Any person who is 18 years of age or older is eligible to open an account.

2. What are the benefits/key features of the Investment Plans?

3. Can I change my installment amount after enrollment?
No, the installment amount cannot be changed once the first payment has been made.

4. Can I switch to a different Investment Plan after enrollment?
No, once an Investment Plan has been started, it cannot be changed. However, you can start a new Investment Plan separately.

5. Can I redeem my Investment Plan account to buy products online?
No, currently, redemption of the Investment Plan is not available online.

6. Where can I redeem (purchase using) my Investment Plan?
You can redeem your Investment Plan at Chandukaka Saraf & Sons Pvt. Ltd. store. Please refer to our store locator: https://chandukakasaraf.in/our-stores/

7. Can my friend/relative redeem the plan on my behalf?
Yes, but only if he/she has been nominated at the time of enrollment. The nominee must complete the necessary formalities to redeem the account.
Important Note: For purchases made under the Investment Plan in the nominee’s name, KYC of the nominee and a permission letter from the account holder are mandatory.

8. Can I redeem my plan before the maturity date?
Yes, you can redeem the account before maturity. However, you will not receive any plan benefits for early redemption.

9. Will I receive payment reminders?
Yes, you will receive reminders and confirmation messages for all payments, only if you are not DND/NDNC registered.

10. How can I check the status of my installment payments?
You can log in to www.chandukakasaraf.in, go to the “Investment Plans” section, and view your installment payment details.

11. Are all installments payable at once?
Yes, you can choose to pay all installments at once. However, the benefits will be received only after the maturity date.

12. What happens if my online payment fails?
If the payment fails due to any reason, Chandukaka Saraf & Sons Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible. The amount will be credited to your Investment Plan only after the payment is successfully completed.

13. What are the available payment options for the Investment Plan?
Multiple payment options are available. You can make payments through QR Code, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net-Banking, UPI. You can also make payments at any Chandukaka Saraf & Sons Pvt. Ltd. store.

14. How to enroll in the Investment Plan? (New Account Open)
Follow these steps to enroll in an Investment Plan:

  1. Visit our website and click on the “Investment Plans” tab in the menu. Choose either Golden Shine Plus or Suvarna Aarambh.

  2. Click the “Enroll Now” button.

  1. Once registered, go to the Investment Plans page again and click “Enroll Now”.

  2. A form will open—fill in all your details, upload KYC documents, and continue the process.

  3. Select your preferred plan, enter the amount, and proceed to payment.

  4. You will be redirected to the CC Avenue payment gateway.

  5. After successful payment, a confirmation window will appear.

  6. You will receive an SMS and email with your account number and payment details.

  7. Log in to view your ongoing Investment Plan details under the “Investment Plans” tab.

15. How to Upload Investment Plan KYC on the Website?
Follow these steps to upload your KYC documents:

  1. Visit our website and click on Login/Register.

  2. Enter your mobile number or register if you’re a new user.

  3. Once logged in, go to the “Investment Plans” tab.

  4. Below your mobile number, check KYC status:

  • Updated – KYC Uploaded

  • Not Updated – Upload KYC Documents

  1. If KYC is not updated, fill in details and upload:

  • Aadhaar Card (Front & Back)

  • PAN Card

  1. Payment option becomes available only after KYC upload.

  2. After logging in, view plan details under the “Investment Plans” tab.

  3. To pay, click the “Pay Installment” tab.

16. How do I make an online Installment payment on the website?
Follow these steps to pay your installment:

  1. Visit our website and log in/register.

  2. Go to “Investment Plans” and click “Pay Installment.”

  3. Select the installment(s) you want to pay.

  4. Complete payment via CCAvenue gateway.

  5. A confirmation screen will appear after success.

  6. You’ll receive a confirmation SMS and email.

  7. Log in anytime to view your Investment Plan details.
